During 2022, a total of SEK 1,825,000 was paid to the members of the company’s Board of Directors. Naveen Wadhera have chosen to waive board fees. On the annual shareholders’ meeting held on 25 May 2023, it was resolved that fees to the members of the Board of Directors shall be paid with SEK 550,000 to the chairman of the board of directors and SEK 350,000 to each of the other members, SEK 250,000 to the chairman of the audit committee and SEK 50,000 to the other members of the audit committee. No remuneration shall be paid to the members of the remuneration committee.
